From public review patterns, OTA listing data, your website's own messaging, and market benchmarks. If you give us PMS data, we can go deeper — but the baseline version works without it.

They're directional, not statistical. The goal is to surface patterns you may not see, not to replace a full market research study.

How long does it take?

Typically 3–5 business days.

What if I don't have reviews yet?

We can still build personas from market and positioning data, but the report is more useful once you have 20+ reviews.
