Why I wrote this

I wrote the guide I wish someone had handed me.

When Alex and I started, we made expensive mistakes.

What format is it?

PDF and ePub, both included. The PDF is the designed edition with the worksheets and tables laid out properly; the ePub is there for e-readers. You get download links for both by email the moment you buy.

Do I need to own a property already?

No. Modules 1 and 2 are written for people who have not bought or leased anything yet — property scoring, viability, and the real start-up numbers come before anything else. If you already have the house, start at Module 2 and price it properly.

How is this different from the course?

The Blueprint is the written system, start to finish, at your own pace. The Room Rental Riches course is the same body of work taught with live support, accountability, and time with Della, at three commitment levels. Plenty of people read the operating manual first and take the course when they want someone in it with them.
